Involvement in RAVEN is Confidential.

RAVEN is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust, and accordingly maintains the following online privacy policy to protect personal information you provide online.

Security While Donating
Online donations to RAVEN are made via Network for Good. Network for Good protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you donate online via our Network for Good page, your financial information is not shared with RAVEN.

RAVEN does save names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers of people who have donated to RAVEN. As a donor, you may request to remain anonymous or be removed from our mailing list. This information is maintained in a password protected database on the Executive Director's computer and is used to send thank you letters for tax purposes and keep our mailing list informed of upcoming events. This information will not be shared outside of the organization. If you would like to review or make changes to the collected information, or if you would like your name removed from our database, please contact the RAVEN office.

Personal Information RAVEN May Collect Online
RAVEN does not collect any personal information about people viewing this site. If you choose to contact us via email through this site, RAVEN will use the name and email address you provide for the purposes of responding to your request only, and will not maintain your name or email address.

How Your Information May Be Shared
Donor information is not shared except in our Annual Report where each donor's name and level of the donation is listed. A donor may opt out of being included in the Annual Report by calling or emailing the RAVEN office.

Client personal information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable standards. Client information is only released with a signed release, due a court order, or if our confidentiality policy is violated (i.e., due to a threat to harm yourself or someone else or if we receive information that someone will be harmed).

Computer Tracking
Our web site is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by its visitors. Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our site. This information is used for internal purposes to provide better services to the public, however the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.
